This is a fantastic nutrient-powered ultra concentrated powder made from blue-green algae & is certified organic by the USDA. Spirulina is considered a complete protein because well over half of it consists of amino acids. Spirulina is packed with Iron, Vitamin C, A & Calcium, and is thought to have antiviral and anticancer effects and is also a great boost to the immune system. - It can be added to your staple diet, sprinkled over your veggies or mixed into a relish to increase its vitamin and mineral value. My recommended measure is 1/2 teaspoon added to a single batch of your staple diet or as a dusting over fruits and veggies.
