EXPLANATION OF RIGHTS CONCERNING DEPOSIT

When placing a deposit on a joey, it is considered a binding agreement and if for any reason you decide you do not want to complete the adoption process, your deposit is non-refundable.  If for any reason I decide not to adopt to you after I have received a deposit, your deposit and any additional money placed on the   joey(s) will be refunded to you.

Also, when breeding joeys (as with any animal), there is always a chance that the joey(s) may not make it to weaning.  If you have already placed a deposit on that joey, you have several options.  First - you can have your money refunded,  second - you can transfer your deposit to another joey from another litter or third - you can wait for the next set of joeys from that particular breeding pair.

     I have read and understand the above statement and am willing to comply with this explanation of rights concerning my deposit.
